National Quality Award was launched by Decree 132 / 2008 / ND-CP of the Government, based on the Act IV of quality goods and products to honor business excellence in quality management activities volume. This is a unique award system of Vietnam Quality Awards of Asia Pacific (IAPQA), based on the model of the Malcolm Baldrige Award (MBA) - National Quality Award of the United States.
